It's really telling comparing the 25 highest paid women and the 25 highest paid men. The highest paid woman is not even in the 25 highest overall, by a substantial margin. The highest paid man earns roughly 10 times as much as the highest paid woman. There are only 20 women making 10 million or more in a year.

I'm no huge fan of executive overcompensation, but I still think the comparison is striking. Women have a long way to go.
